Our top chefs at Griggeler Stuba, Executive Chef .sebastian and Pastry Chef and host had the honor of shining at the 20th anniversary of at Schloss Grafenegg on June 30, 2024! We presented our dessert “Der letzte Rhabarber,” consisting of:

• Homemade rhubarb chutney
• Edel Weiss couverture from Original Beans (37% cocoa content) as chocolate mousse
• Refreshing wheatgrass sorbet
• Rhubarb sake infusion
• Fresh wheatgrass
• Crispy rhubarb chip as a topping
