As we closed the doors of our West End Mall of the Emirates home for the final time, our Founder and CEO Hussni Ajlani gathered the team to mark what this space has meant for 2 decades - and what comes next.

For 25 years, Salmontini has stood tall not because of walls or locations, but because of people. The power of human connection. The warmth of genuine service. The discipline of culinary excellence. And the bond built with guests who didn’t simply dine with us, but became part of our story.

This was not a goodbye. It was a thank you.

Our Founder and CEO Hussni Ajlani, alongside every member of the Le Resto team, marked the close of a chapter that spans 20 years of Salmontini at our iconic Mall of the Emirates venue. Two decades of craft, resilience, and a brand that has stood tall through changing markets, rising competition, and shifting tides.

What made the difference was never just the food or the name on the wall. It was the heart, grit, and spirit of every Salmontinian who showed up, pushed forward, and believed - especially in recent times, when belief mattered most.

This isn’t a goodbye. It’s a salute.

Our Smoked Salmon Tartare and Beetroot-Cured Salmon sit at the heart of our Winter Menu - refined, expressive, and deeply Salmontini. Two preparations that honour craft, balance, and time.

Today is the final day to enjoy them in this chapter, as we begin our transition to our new home at the Kempinski Hotel at Mall of the Emirates.
