While the management at THE Wok House is gearing up for its re-opening, here is some FOOD FOR THOUGHT - Fusion Cuisine

Keeping culinary traditions for decades has been a plight for next generation Chefs, however combining elements of various culinary traditions with innovations is today's contemporary vision

Are we saying that authenticity and ancestral discovery is lost in the Ocean or are we just saying that its been put on the back burner and simmered as new age Chefs bring various forms of cookery, and the conceseveral forms.

One approach is regional fusion that combines different cuisines of a region or sub-region into a single eating experience. Of this sort, Asian fusion is gradually becoming popular throughout the world featuring South Asian, East Asian, and South-East Asian dishes alongside one another and offering dishes that are inspired combinations of such cuisines.

Those Gods of Gourmet have raised the bar and for the most creative chefs from around the world today, inspire and influence the way we prepare our cuisines, the way we relish them, and the way their savoring tastes linger for a few more bites in our conversations!
