serves lunch and dinner on a daily basis as well as a superb Friday buffet,with live music every night from 21:00 till 12:00 a.m. The most delicious bread (sangak)you can find it in Abshar freshly. Also you can have your all Iranian sweet like Baghlava,Zulbia and too many other
in Abshar Sweet shop. With a capacity of 400 and private rooms for banguets and parties Abshar Dubai serves over 1000 guests daily. Food:


Iranian cooking is traditionally based on what is in season so that it is as fresh as possible. Fragrance of the food during cooking as well as when it is served plays as important a role as does the taste. Presentation of food is also important in our culture to insure it is pleasing to the eye. Iranian were amongst the first to incorporate many common herbs such as basil, mint, cumin, garlic and coriander to enhance the flavour of the food. Fruits such as plums, pomegranates, quince, prunes, apricots and raisins are also used in conjunction with spices and herbs. Iranian cuisine is mainly a combination of different flavoured basmati rice with meat, chicken, vegetables, spices and herbs. Catering:
