A Heartfelt Farewell from Phileas Fogg's Emirates Hills Montgomery.
Dear Phileas Fogg's Family,
This isn't an easy message to share—not because we're dwelling on goodbyes (life's adventures must go on!), but because we want to honor every moment we've created together with the care it deserves.
After incredible journeys—from expanding our cozy 4,000 sq ft haven into a sprawling 40,000 sq ft wonderland—we've poured our hearts and hard work into building this venue from the ground up, especially through the toughest times of the pandemic. We rallied a dream team from our friends at Safa Park, who were hit hard by COVID, and together we navigated every challenge: from strict distancing protocols to crafting something truly special that tested (and triumphed over) our limits.
To everyone who's stepped through our doors—the laughter, the late nights, the stories swapped over craft cocktails and unforgettable bites—you've made this more than a venue. You've made it a chapter of pure magic in Dubai's ever-evolving F&B world. We may not have dotted every 'i' perfectly, but the memories? Those are etched in gold.
Yet here we are, as the landlord regains ownership of the premises we've so lovingly built—handing the keys to the team at Solutions Leisure to step in and operate on their behalf, carrying the torch in this wonderland we've nurtured. We genuinely wish them the joy, success, and fulfillment it brought us—may they thrive in the legacy we've left behind, just as we'd dreamed for our own next chapter.
Our dream team has been the heartbeat of it all—if any of you out there feel called to carry a piece of Fogg's spirit forward to new horizons, we'd be over the moon to connect and cheer you on (DM us to chat opportunities!). These adventurers deserve the next epic leg of the journey.
