We Are Hiring - Head Chef
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef with strong knowledge of Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in the UAE and a solid understanding of UAE labor law, ADFSA regulations, food safety standards, and kitchen workflow.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to control food cost and kitchen operations
• Knowledge of menu planning and quality control
